How to Personalize Your Cards

1. Complete the Customization Form

Use the Business Card Details field to provide everything you would like engraved, including:

• Business name

• Employee name

• Job title

• Phone number

• Email address

• Website

• Social media handle

• QR code information

• Preferred layout

• Any special instructions

2. Submit Your Artwork

Paste a shareable Google Drive, Dropbox, Canva, or direct image link into the Artwork/Logo Link field.

You may also email your artwork after checkout to:

Please include your order number in the email so we can match the artwork to your purchase.

For the clearest engraving, please provide a high-resolution black-and-white PNG, SVG, PDF, or other clean logo file whenever possible. Make sure any shared link is set so we can access and view the file.

No logo is required. We can also create a clean text-based layout using the information submitted through the customization form.

3. Review Your Digital Proof

A digital proof will be sent to the email address provided with your order before engraving begins.

Please carefully review all names, phone numbers, email addresses, spelling, QR codes, and placement. Production will begin only after the proof has been approved.

One minor revision is included. Major artwork changes, logo recreation, or complete custom design work may require an additional design fee.

Important Artwork Information

Customers are responsible for confirming that they have permission to use all submitted logos, artwork, names, and designs.

Very small text, extremely fine details, gradients, photographs, and low-resolution images may need to be simplified to produce the best engraving result.

Laser engraving creates a silver or light-gray appearance against the frosted-black surface. These cards are engraved, not printed, so full-color artwork cannot be reproduced.

Please Note

Because each order is personalized, cancellations, returns, or exchanges cannot be accepted after the digital proof has been approved and production has started.

Slight variations in engraving shade may occur due to the aluminum finish and laser-engraving process.

Your completed cards will be carefully protected and packaged for shipping.
